Pricing questions.

Is there really only one plan?

Yes. Every paying account gets every feature. The only variables are how many users you have, what type of access they need, and which add-ons and bundles you buy.

What is the difference between user types?

Full Platform users get the complete web and mobile experience — every account needs at least one. Web + Mobile users get the same access at a lower rate for additional team members. Mobile Only users get the mobile app for field workers who do not need the web dashboard.

What is founder pricing?

Businesses that join during beta get a permanently discounted rate. You keep the founder price for as long as your account is active — it does not expire or increase.

Do I need the Maps add-on?

Only if your team needs GPS journey tracking, automated mileage calculation, or geofence-based clock-in. If your team works from fixed locations, you do not need it.

Do I need the AI add-on?

Only if you want document classification, receipt OCR, AI-assisted writing in forms, or configuration suggestions. The core platform works fully without it.

What happens when my free RTW checks or SMS run out?

Buy a bundle or pay as you go. Bundles give you a lower per-unit rate and do not expire. Your free SMS allowance resets each month.

Can I mix user types?

Absolutely. Most businesses have a few Full Platform users in the office and Mobile Only users in the field. Volume discounts apply to your total user count across all types.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly billing, cancel any time. Quarterly and annual billing are paid upfront with a discount.

What does fair usage mean on Maps and AI?

Normal business use is fine — even heavy use. We monitor for automated abuse or excessive programmatic usage, not for busy teams.

How do custom modules work?

You build them via the module builder — your own entities, fields, pages, and workflows. Each custom module is £25/month because it adds database tables, indexing, and compute to your tenant infrastructure.
