FileMy is in beta because we believe the best software gets built with the people who use it — not shipped at them. When you join, you're not a tester. You're a contributor. You have a real voice in what gets built next. You see new modules before anyone else. You pay the lowest price this product will ever be. Beta ends when we go public. The founding member price locks in for as long as you stay.

Full Platform Access

All thirteen modules: Contact Radar (CRM with AI lead scoring and deal pipeline), Time Beam (GPS-verified time tracking, geofenced worksites, shifts, timesheets), Pay Pulse (invoicing, expenses, VAT returns, budgets — with Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe integrations), Doc Vault (document storage, OCR, AI search), Compliance Cloak (audits, RTW checks, live compliance score), Insight Vision (cross-module dashboard with AI insights). FileMy is built for small-to-mid businesses that are drowning in admin and ready to do something about it. Trades, agencies, consultants, service businesses, field teams.

Ideal beta member:

You're running a team of 2–50 people. You're currently using at least two or three separate tools that don't talk to each other. You're frustrated enough to try something different, but busy enough that it needs to actually work. You're willing to tell us when something's broken, missing, or confusing — and you'll get a better product for doing so.

Who isn't a fit:

Solo freelancers who need a single invoicing tool. Enterprises with dedicated IT teams and procurement processes. Anyone who needs six months of onboarding before committing to something.

Week 1 — Onboarding

Your personal onboarding session. We set up your account, get your team invited, configure the modules that matter most to your business. You're running by end of week.

Ongoing — Using FileMy

You run your business in FileMy. Clock in, invoice, track compliance, file documents. The system works. When something doesn't, you tell us.

Monthly — Product Pulse

A short product update. New features that shipped. What's on the roadmap. Your input on priorities. We ask questions. You answer honestly.

Anytime — Direct Line

Feature request? Bug? Idea? The beta channel is there. The team reads it. Really.

How long is the beta? +

We don't have a fixed end date. We'll give beta members significant notice before any public launch or pricing changes.

Do I need to be technical to set this up? +

No. If you can use a phone, you can use FileMy. Onboarding is with a real person, not a knowledge base.

What if FileMy isn't right for my business? +

You tell us. Honestly. That feedback is worth more than your subscription.

Can I get a refund if it doesn't work out? +

Talk to us. We'd rather sort it out properly than have you stay unhappy.
