Is every module required?

No. The platform is config-driven. A business picks the modules it needs and the platform adapts terminology, workflows, compliance rules, and integrations to match.

Can FileMy replace my existing tools?

FileMy integrates with 13 provider areas including accounting, CRM, payroll, payments, and more. You can run alongside existing tools during transition with field-level authority control over which system owns each piece of data.

Does FileMy support multiple brands or locations?

Yes. The product architecture supports multi-tenant isolation with per-tenant branding, modules, and configuration. A single tenant can have employees across jurisdictions.

What about mobile?

FileMy ships a native iOS and Android app via Capacitor with offline-first local storage, GPS journey tracking, geofence clock-in, and push notifications.

Is there an API?

The platform exposes outbound webhooks on entity events and supports bi-directional sync with external providers. The integration engine handles field mapping, conflict resolution, and authority rules.
